Cowbell Edges Monkeys

More Cowbell didn't need more than two goals to beat the hapless Monkeys on Sunday night, 2-1.  With a short bench and a 10-minute major assessed to Scott Smith, the Monkeys had difficulty finding a rhythm and creating quality scoring chances.  The Monkeys 6-period scoring drought ended in the third period with a punch-in by Alfredo Lopez from Hunter Sisser.  The Monkeys take on the Bad News Brews on October 17th at 2:30PM.

Monkeys Spanked by Industries

The SDMs were shutout 6-0 by Vandelay Industries on Sunday night at the MSA.  The Monkeys had a full bench which seemed to prevent them from getting any kind of rhythm or offensive pressure in the game.  Bruce Williamson got the SO for VI.
